Join Women's Hormone Healer Angie Walker, and Vegan Chef Jennifer Lynne La Vine as they lead you on a 3 hour journey showing you how to heal hormones through connecting the mind-body-spirit.
Angie will be sharing her knowledge of her science background talking about the Endocrine System and how it works, what disrupts hormones and how to get them back on track. She will also lead you on a yoga flow designed to slow down the Endocrine System and heal hormones, and a short guided relaxtion meditation to decrease stress hormones and increase self-love.
Jennifer will be creating delicious, nutritious, hormone healing dishes which you will get to taste, and learn about all the hormone healing qualities. She will be sharing her recipes as a gift to all of you! She will also lead you on our closing self-love guided meditation.

Learn about Angie & Jennifer:
Angie Walker was born in Toronto, Canada but now resides in Chicago, Illinois with her husband and dog. She has been a massage therapist for almost 15 years with thousands of hours of training in Canada and the US. She specializes in sports therapy, deep tissue, injuries and trigger point therapy, but creates individual treatments depending on the clients needs. In September of 2015 Angie attended The Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and received her certification as a Certified Health Coach. In 2016 she completed her 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training certification at Zen Yoga Garage in Chicago. Most recently she has added Reiki Healing to her practice. Jennifer Lynne Le Vine currently teaches classes and cooks all around Chicagoland. Her food experience is rooted in over a decade of vegan, organic and seasonal cuisine with Ayurvedic and Raw food influences. She compliments this with a balance of teaching and practicing alignment-based and introspective-focused yoga & barre classes. Outside of the studios and her kitchen she is the co-founder of Goddess Yoga Retreats & Soham Gatherings, leading workshops and retreats in and out of Chicago. She is also the lead baker for Sunny Day Bakery, a small local vegan business. Her method for tuning in is by reading and meditation, drinking homemade tea blends and local kombucha, creating and consuming smoothie bowls, and relaxing with her dog & two cats.
