Power Yoga
All summer long we are hosting FREE fitness events – for members and non-members – throughout the Boston community. Our Summer Series is all about having fun, getting your sweat on, and sharing a love of fitness! All events are co-ed.
Power yoga is a rigorous form of vinyasa that matches breath to movement. As the they move, breathe, and sweat together, practitioners are asked to cultivate an awareness of how they react to challenge, both physical and emotional.
