Power Yoga

All summer long we are hosting FREE fitness events – for members and non-members – throughout the Boston community. Our Summer Series is all about having fun, getting your sweat on, and sharing a love of fitness! All events are co-ed.   Power yoga is a rigorous form of vinyasa that matches breath to movement. As the they move, breathe, and sweat together, practitioners are asked to cultivate an awareness of how they react to challenge, both physical and emotional.

Blackberry bRamble 2018

Whether you’re a road cyclist in top form, a weekend recreational rider, or a parent pulling two kids in a trailer, Eugene’s Blackberry bRamble is the ride for you. The Blackberry bRamble has long been known for its scenic route, extraordinary food at rest stops, reliable support and free blackberry pie and ice cream at the finish. We are happy to announce our 20th Anniversary Blackberry bRamble bicycle ride to be held in Eugene, Oregon on Sunday, August 5th.

Yoga at Aveda

Feel the power and attraction of Aveda aroma as we explore our 3rd Chakra to set our intention and desires for the upcoming week. Hang around after class for a warm cup of Comforting tea and treat yourself to an Aveda Scalp and shoulder massage or complimentary facial! Join us on Sunday July 15th & 29th for a smooth morning vinyasa flow. Our donation based class begins at 9:45 am. Bring your mat and a towel!

Free Intro To WildYoga

Karma yoga is the path of selfless service. I am exploring this practice by offering free Wildyoga classes! Wildyoga invites us deep into connection with ourselves and with the natural world. Wildyoga is a way of getting back to basics with our yoga practice. We use the five elements as teachers to support and deepen our experience of ourselves as facets in the whole. You should expect to do some chanting, pranayama, and basic poses.

SUP Yoga with Kristen

Take your practice to new heights by adding a natural element: water! Kristen Custer, E-RYT will be guiding you through a gentle vinyasa yoga flow while atop a SUP Board in Ladybird Lake. Please meet at Live Love Paddle between 730a and 8am. We will begin class with an on-land yoga flow to warm up our bodies, set an intention, run over SUP basics, and then we will paddle into a private cove off of Ladybird Lake. Flow will be appx 60 mins long; 1.5 hrs total on the water. Please bring: Sunscreen, swimsuit, towel, change of clothes (if needed), and tons of summer smiles!

Prenatal Yoga classes provide safe movement designed to strengthen and relax the rapidly changing pregnant body, preparing one for childbirth and offers the opportunity for mother and child to bond prior to birth. Prenatal Yoga goes beyond the physical realm of movement and embraces pranayama/breathing techniques that relax the mind and give focus during times of stress.
